Watertight Installation

This horizontal cable seal from Scanstrut is the ideal solution for watertight cable routing through decks and bulkheads, making it perfect for installing antenna and navigation light cables.
A tapered gland forms a watertight seal around the cable, and a closed-cell foam seal between the housing and deck ensures a 100% watertight installation.

All fasteners are made of 316 stainless steel to resist corrosion in marine environments, and the housing is made of tough, impact-resistant plastic with rounded edges to prevent snagging.
The unit is supplied with pre-drilled gaskets (suitable for cables with a 6-10 mm diameter) as well as a blind seal for self-drilling.
